As a Customer Care Associate, you will assist the Sales and Customer Service departments in providing exceptional customer care by being proactive and going the extra mile in making sure our customers are satisfied with company's products and services. Our Customer Care Team is key to C&E's success and we want to be role model for our customers.
- Respond to, and resolve customer issues and questions through chat, email and phone, quickly and effectively.
- Assist the sales department with scheduling and customer interaction.
- Escalate issues to Customer Service Representatives, and/or Sales Associate, as needed.
- Running sales reports, data entry and other administrative responsibilities
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- High attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities
- High level of interpersonal skills
